This project is located at a placer gold site in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), where the customer plans to build a small‑scale mobile gold washing plant with a daily capacity of 30 – 50 tons.
The operation runs about 17 hours per day and targets alluvial and river placer gold.

The customer needed a compact and flexible washing system that could be moved easily on site and perform effectively in remote river areas.
For this requirement, Dasen Mining recommended its mini‑type mobile gold washing plant, designed specifically for small alluvial gold operations.
Mobile Washing Plant Configuration
The plant is partially enclosed and built for field durability.
It includes the following key components:
Trommel Screen – washes and screens raw material
Diesel Engine / Electric Motor – provides flexible power options
Water Pump and Pipes – supply stable water flow for washing
Feeding Hopper and Mobile Chassis – easy loading and convenient movement
This design allows continuous washing while maintaining high mobility — ideal for placer gold recovery in rivers and floodplains.
Features and Advantages
High efficiency and stable performance for small gold projects
Easy to install and relocate; suitable for rugged terrain
Simple operation and low maintenance requirements
Strong frame and long working life, even under outdoor conditions
The whole system can be quickly transported, assembled, and put into operation, providing a cost‑effective solution for small‑scale alluvial miners.
Applications and Larger Models
This mobile plant type is widely used across Africa, Asia, and South America for placer, river, and alluvial gold processing.

In addition to the 30–50 TPD mini system, Dasen Mining Machinery also designs and supplies larger‑capacity washing plants for higher throughput or integrated gravity concentration systems.
