Develop and implement the company’s market development and sales strategy, responsible for comprehensive promotion and customer development of mining equipment and technical services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s market development and sales strategy, responsible for the comprehensive promotion and customer development of products (such as mining equipment, technical services, etc.).
  • Manage key customer relationships, lead the whole process of business negotiations, contract signing and project landing, and ensure that performance goals are achieved.
  • Form and train sales team, optimize business processes, and improve team market response efficiency and service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the technical department to provide customized solutions for customers and promote the improvement of technical training and after-sales support systems.
  • Responsible for market analysis and competition research, formulate medium- and long-term business development plans, and promote the penetration of the company’s brand in the industry.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor or above, more than 5 years of trading & marketing or operation management experience. Mining, machinery, engineering services background preferred.
  • Experience in market development and customer maintenance; able to independently open up channels and manage large customer relationships.
  • Familiar with equipment technology promotion or service solution sales model, with full project lifecycle management ability.
  • Team management and training experience; able to drive the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Entrepreneur perspective or integrated operation management experience; systematic understanding of finance, strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
  • Results-oriented with strong business negotiation and market insight; able to withstand work pressure.
  • Good Chinese language speaking. Accept business trips in China and Africa.
  • Proficient in office software and CRM systems.

Serve as the technical core, leading the design and execution of exploration programs in Canada and overseas, with a focus on Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional and mine-scale geological mapping, ore body modeling, and resource estimation.
  • Design and manage drilling, sampling, geophysical, and geochemical exploration programs.
  • Analyze and interpret geological data, prepare high-quality technical reports, and provide clear recommendations for future work.
  • Manage field exploration teams, ensuring the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and technical excellence.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with local teams, partners, and government authorities in Africa.
  • Assist in feasibility studies, due diligence, and evaluation of new project opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Geology, Mineral Exploration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in metals exploration (copper, gold, nickel, lithium, etc.).
  • Eligibility and proven experience in the Canadian mining industry, with strong knowledge of NI 43-101 reporting standards.
  • Substantial hands-on experience with overseas projects, particularly in Africa.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese (Mandarin is a working language).
  • Willingness to undertake frequent, extended international travel (potential 4-6 months cumulative per year in African project locations).
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.

Preferred Attributes

  • Proficiency in French, Portuguese, or relevant local African languages.
  • Possession of P.Geo. (Professional Geoscientist) designation in Canada or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks for mining projects, including document filing, data entry, and report archiving.
